Towncraft has a new rank: Warlord.
Whoever bears the Warlord title has access to perks and ranks equal to a King, including /fly!
These powers do NOT transfer over to the PvP World, so keep that in mind. They’re only active on the main Towncraft map.
So how does one become a Warlord? Simple. Defeat the Warlord in single combat.
Each week you may challenge the sitting Warlord once. For the purposes of Warlord combat the week will begin at 12:00AM (-4:00 GMT) on Mondays.
The Warlord MUST accept all challenges on the spot while they are online.
If you typically aren’t online when the Warlord is, you can issue a challenge via /mail. The Warlord must choose a date and time and respond (include your time zone, time can be converted here: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html)
If the Warlord is victorious, no action needs to be taken. The Warlord is not obligated (but can) accept another challenge until the new week.
If you defeat the Warlord, the Warlord and you will notify any online staff member of such and they will transfer the title. If there is no staff online, /mail send Kolgrath and I will verify it via the log and transfer the title.
If the Warlord does not appear at the time they specified, notify Kolgrath via /mail and I will verify it via the log. They will then forfeit the title.
1) Only the Warlord and the Challenger can fight. No additional players can jump in.
2) Battle must take place in a sanctioned 1 v 1 arena. Locations will be forthcoming.
3) All armors, potions, weapons, etc. are allowed.
4) Items will drop upon death. The challenge of a sitting Warlord is a serious event. Because of this, victor can take the defeated person’s items. It is the sole discretion of the victor whether or not to return any looted items.
